Many people don't know what old Florida was like so I want to show you all that's historic, beautiful, retro, kitschy and untamed. This is from the floridamemory.com archives. I can’t recall from which database, but I love the composition. Each girl is doing her own thing except for the one girl in the front of the picture. She looks deep in thought, maybe she’s unhappy. She could also be staring at a bug. I know this sounds cheesy, but this is typical of the photos I revisit because they let me imagine I’m somewhere else.
